Data Import & Reporting

This Training Course Module allows its users to recall of the previously learned concepts, and understand new concepts of Asset Management such as Spare Part Workflows. These Spare Part Workflows are then demonstrated and practiced. This course includes topics such as:

  • How to use the CERN Upload Utility to register and modify data from Excel sheets;
  • Accessing and/or pre-configuring records by the means of parametrized hyperlinks;
  • Integrating Asset and Maintenance Management functionalities into third party applications using Web Services;
  • Aggregating Information in Custom Grids;
  • Configuring and using Inboxes and KPIs
  • Notification options;
  • Reporting with Pentaho.

  • Learn about Advanced Data Visualization, Extraction and Reporting features using Pentaho.
