Maintenance Management

Objectives:

After attending this course, the user will be able to:

  • Acquire state-of-the art skills in maintenance and the maintenance organization of installed assets to improve the efficiency of the maintenance organization.
  • Become familiar with maintenance concepts and acquire the basic knowledge to manage maintenance,
  • Become familiar, in particular in the following areas: asset management, different maintenance processes, maintenance planning, spare part management, maintenance performance indicators and criticality analysis. Get an overview of the assets lifecycle management and supporting it quality assurance plans at CERN.
  • Learn how to analyse and improve the organizational maintenance efficiency.
