Training Courses

Several trainings are offered to our users in order to introduce them to the several tools used as well as to provide the necessary skills for the Asset's Management & Maintenance. Below, some of the possible trainings are displayed.

The Introduction to Infor EAM course is divided into 5 modules: Introduction & Asset Management, Work Management, Spare Part Management, Data Import & Reporting and Administration & User Management. These modules give an overview on how to use EAM to manage Assets at CERN. Maintenance Management training sessions are organized on a regular basis as part of the Technical Training Program at CERN. These courses cover the general principles and best practices in asset and maintenance management.
