The EAM Upload Utility is a user friendly-tool for massive creation or updates of data in EAM. It allows generation of tailored Excel templates with fields selected on demand depending on the user needs. The progress of data upload is indicated directly in the tool and to help in case of errors, the problematic data can then be corrected directed in the Excel-like interface. The tool supports most entities in EAM, including more complex data such as Work Orders, Equipment structure manipulations, Stock transactions as well as Custom Fields.

Available to all CERN users with an EAM account - please note that EAM department security and work-order authorizations are taken into account, so you may not be able to do all operations.
